The half Thai half Irish (thairish) hybrid who never ceases to be amused at checking the "other" box. K-Rai has been creating music with a computer since 1995 using digital audio sequencing software called a “tracker” in a DOS based environment. Once upon a time a hardcore Raver, influences range from all over the place: Intelligent Techno/IDM, Industrial, Art-Rock, Punk, Heavy Metal, Glitch, Blues, Jazz, Ambient, Noise, Reggae, Tribal, Classical, B-More Club, Jam-Band, Electro-Clash, World, Hip-Hop, Experimental & more. Also a visual artist with a love of art, books, movies, photography, anime, and manga. Combine these with growing up and living as one of the "others" and what can only be described as a type of “channeling” K-Rai creates electronic music without boundaries, limitations, stereotypes, or specific genre. Treading the space that connects everything and sounding not exactly like anything else on the music scene.

K-Rai has shared the stage with acts such as: Mandrum/Katastatic, Myo, Sibling, Puddle, Ghostland Observatory, Aligning Minds, A Drop in Silence, Starkey, Calmer, Telesma, Phatback, Brothers Past, DJ Knowledge, 5th EL crew, Moth, Zeug, DJ Domestique, Blue Star Cochina, Egyptian Sun BellyDancers, Tryst, To The Moon, Wire Orchestra, Angie Pepa, and many other great musicians, poets, and performance artists. K-Rai has also provided musical accompaniment to various fashion runway shows, short films, and art gallery openings.
